Author: Educational Tours needs to know an exact number of students/adult chaperones traveling so they can make hotel arrangements.
If you have registered for the trip within the last few days, you may have been told from Educational Tours that you are on a waiting list. We have been told that the accounting department at Educational Tours is a little behind, and everyone who has signed up during the past week and has a deposit on record is on the trip roster.
Again, if you are going on this year’s trip, you need to be registered by Friday, January 29!

CHAPERONE APPLICATIONS DUE FEBRUARY 12, 2010
Any parent or school staff member interested in attending the trip as a paid chaperone (trip cost is free), needs to fill out a chaperone application form and return it to Mr. Flaar or Mr. Brokering at Fulton, or Mrs. Hays or Mr. Johnson at Carriel by Friday, February 12. The Fairness Committee will meet shortly after the application deadline, and all applicants will be notified by the end of February if they have been chosen as a paid chaperone or not.

Volunteer needed: Bakers for December Bake Sale 12/15
The Carriel and Fulton Bake Sales are scheduled for Tuesday, December 15th during all lunch hours.
Bakers are needed to donate baked goodies for this event at each school!!
Best selling items in the past have been brownies, krispy treats, and cupcakes. With the winter holidays approaching, festive theme would be great too!!
If you can volunteer to donate bake goods this would be greatly appreciated.

The meeting date for January DC Chair & Parent Meeting has been change from Wednesday January 6th to Wednesday January 13th, 2010. Please mark your calendars for the date change.
