Sign up for the Fulton Student Directory

The directory is a valuable resource for both students and parents.  It contains contact information for students who have signed up for the directory at both Fulton and Carriel Junior High Schools.  You will have the email address, voicemail and Homework Hotline extensions for every teacher in one booklet.  The directory also has all the contact information for the 8th grade field trip and the PTO.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3 to sign up and order your Student Directory.

  1. Print it out.
  2. Fill the form out.
    Please enclose the completed form and $5.00 cash or check (checks made payable to Fulton Junior High) in an envelope marked “Student Directory”.
  3. Bring it in.
    Bring the envelope with your payment and place it in the drawer labeled “Student Directory” located just inside the school office.
