It’s easy!  You don’t have to sell anything, and your profit adds up quickly if you use this program for your everyday expenses like food, clothing, gifts, and other essentials. Participating retailers include Walmart/Sam’s Club, Pizza Hut, JC Penney, Lowes, Red Lobster, Shell, The Gap, Panera Bread, Barnes & Noble, and many more!  You can find a complete list of retailers here: http://www.glscrip.com.

Here’s an example of a Scrip/Gift Card Order:

(For each order received, we will deduct $1.00 processing fee which covers the cost of shipping the giftcards.  So, if you have friends and family that would like to order as well, please combine all orders on one form.)

This example shows a cost to you of $95 – you receive $95.00 worth of giftcards and your student will have $8.05 ($9.05 less the $1.00 processing fee) added to their 8th Grade Trip Account.  A win – win situation.

Should your student decide not to go on the 8th grade trip, should you move, or for whatever reason, your student does not go on the 8th grade trip the “profits/funds” that were “deposited” into his/her account would then be added to the 8th Grade Trip “General Fund” and those funds will benefit all the students going on the trip.  Bottom Line:  You haven’t lost any money, you still have the full value of the cards!

For the Microsoft Excel file you can change the # of cards and the order will be calculated for you.  Simply change the number of cards and print off the form.

Print off the PDF file and manually complete the order form.  You do not need to calculate anything but the order total.  I will send you the actual amount earned with your order.

If you have more than one order please remember to combine onto one *MASTER Order Form* and turn in ONLY the Master Order Form. 
Your child’s account is charged $1.00 for EACH ORDER FORM that is received.
This program is available to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. 
If your child is attending Carriel Junior High School in the 2010-2011 school year, you may participate in this program and start earning money to go toward your student’s 8th grade trip! 
Also, if you know someone who is currently not receiving e-mails please have them send me a note at this e-mail address carrielscrip@gmail.com and I will add them to the e-mail roster.
