All orders (WITH MONEY) to be turned in to your advisory teacher or the office by Monday, March 8.  (Sorry, No Late Orders Accepted)   Make checks payable to Fulton Jr. High.

Delivery Date:  April 8, 2010 at FULTON

Students:  Please supply your home phone, parent/guardian cell phone and parent/guardian email address with your order.

Prize Drawing:

For every 2 items you sell, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a $10 Wehrenberg gift card.  5 winners will be drawn.

IMPORTANT:  This cookie dough will be delivered frozen.  All orders will be delivered to Fulton. The school does not have a freezer available to store it if you do not pick it up on the delivery date of April 8, 2010 from 2:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  If you absolutely cannot pick it up or have someone pick up for you, please call Linda Voelker at 618-624-3360 to make other arrangements.
