Location: Carriel Junior High – Tickets: $5

Low cost concessions will be available.  No Gum.

Tickets will be pre-sold at Thursday & Friday Lunch periods before the Dance. 

• Make checks payable to “OFallon CCSD 90 8th Grade DC Trip – Carriel”
• This dance is for Carriel 7^th and 8^th grade students only. Students from other schools cannot attend.
• Signed permission slip and I.D. must be presented to purchase ticket in advance or at the door.
• Student ID required for entry and must be worn at all times at the Dance.
• Policies allow that children can leave the dance. This is not a lock-in. If student leaves the dance early, he/she will not be allowed to return.
• Students are subject to the Student Code of Conduct as explained in Carriel Student/Parent Handbook; refusal to abide may result in removal from the dance.
• Students must be picked up promptly at 9pm; if left after 9pm, they will be transported to O’Fallon Police Dept and barred from the next school event.

  –  Print off the PDF file and manually complete the order form.  You do not need to calculate anything but the order total.
       I will send you the actual amount earned with your order.

Dear Parents  

Today I got a call from our Yankee rep and she shared with me that there has been a problem inhouse and that our order will most likely not be delivered after Thanksgiving.  Long story short….it is very unlikely that we will take delivery of the candles before Thanksgiving.  There is still a slim chance…but it is extremely slim.  As soon as I hear something like a concrete date and tracking number I will share it.  But for right now my hands are tied. 
Elizabeth assured me that the local Yankee Candle retailer in St. Clair mall will exchange any candles that were purchased for Thanksgiving. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is totally out of our control and we did just as we were instructed.

Your child’s account is charged $1.00 for EACH ORDER FORM that is received.
This program is available to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. 
If your child will be attending Carriel Junior High School in the 2010-2011 school year, you may participate in this program and start earning money to go toward your student’s 8th grade trip! 
Also, if you know someone who is currently not receiving e-mails please have them send me a note at this e-mail address and I will add them to the e-mail roster.
