Sorry for the late notice, but student statements will be sent home Tuesday April 6th with students.

Also, parents should NOT pay anything to ETI after March 31st or their student balance will not be correct and they will have to wait for their refund from ETI.

Our excellent Treasurer ran final statements on March 31st and will not re-account for payments after that date.

You should have received a medical release form from Educational Tours by now.  Once you’ve filled it out, turn them in at your student’s school:

Carriel:  Give them to Ms. Hays or Mr. Johnson

Fulton:  Put them in the box labeled for this in the front office.

If you have questions, contact your teacher sponsor.

Educational Tours is still sending balance due notices.  The most recent threatens that :

“Failure to pay for the complete tour by the deadline date of 3/30 will result in the participant being dropped from the tour. If space is still available, a reinstatement fee of $50 will be charged to the tour account to reinstate the participant on the trip.”

Do not worry.
Your student will NOT be dropped from the trip!

The D.C. Field Trip Treasurer is working hard to tally all the funds raised, direct sales earned, and the hours worked.  Once complete, she will be able to calculate the “wage” for each volunteer hour and total direct sales for each student.  Once all that is done, she will notify each parent of the final balance due or credit.

Until you receive notice from the Treasurer, you may safely ignore the payment notices from Educational Tours if you have paid all but the last payment.

I know, we thought the February bake sale was the last one too.  But, they have been such a hit, we thought we’ d have one last sale along with the ticket sales for the upcoming Fulton/Carriel combined dance (March 12th).

To all of you who have contributed baked goods and time in the past: Thank You!

We are hoping to have the last bake sale will be a huge success.  As usual, we need donated baked goods!  If you have donated in the past, we hope you can donate one last time.  If you have never donated, please consider helping our last sale of the year surpass all previous sales!

Monday, March 8th is the last day to turn in cookie dough orders and payments!
